Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. I, myself would have given a 4 star review too but keep reading. I first started using Paynet over 3 years ago when I started looking for a cheaper processing company. Everything was set up and confirmed ready for use. As soon as I started making transactions, I noticed the deposits weren't coming in. I called Paynet, you'll soon learn there are 5 different numbers to call and no way of being transferred. Eventually I found out that they needed more business info. I sent them more info and was told it was good to go but still no money came in. Keep in mind, they don't bother calling you either, you're left on your own to call them if there's a problem. Eventually I was told that now I needed formed signed by clients who were see for recurring billing so I ended up having to bother my clients by having them sign forms and sending them to Paynet. From there on, all went well for several months. They don't tell you that there at additional fees charged to your checking account at the end of every month for each transaction you perform (on top of the fees they already deduct from each transaction) they say its standard but I've never had these fees with other processors. About 14 months in, I started noticing that I was being charged a bigger fee at the end of every month for the last 4 months. I called to find out why and was told because I needed to complete the PCI compliance test. Again, I was never told about any test or contacted. After completing the test, they wouldn't refund me the fees and even told me i would be charged the fee for I've more month. Again, I didn't switch because of the hassle. Over the next 2 years, I've had several issues such as Paynet processing transactions 2-3 times but only showing up in the log as 1 payment resulting in angry customers and loss of business. Other issues include Paynet putting a hold on my account several times without notice because the risk department wanted to get info from me - yet they meet contacted me. Finally my biggest concern is they are not consistent with their deposits. Over the 3 years, deposits have taken anywhere from 2-8 BUSINESS days! This is the last straw and I will be switching today. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Payment Systems has assisted me through my start up business and have wonderful features within the app that couldn't be more helpful. The product data base saved so much time and creates an itemized receipt for my customer. Greatly recommend this app.

I would not ever have started using this app if they would have disclosed on the app they changed a monthly fee. The app says free it's misleading detailed advertising. If you don't read the small print on the agreement you sign then you are stuck with a 12.95 a month fee and a$75.00 penalty if you cancel before 6 months.

The below review was bought and paid for with "free equipment". Please realize I have had no issues other than noticing fees continually rising as we use the machine less. Now that i want to cancel they want the machine that is for an iphone 4 back or for me to pay for it! Awesome! Stay far away. They take care of you and are not only worried about you signing up with them but keeping you as a customer for life!
