Having trouble

I love this game and have been playing it for a while now. There’s only one problem: since the newest iPad update, I can’t open the app. It’ll take me to the main loading screen, like always, but it keeps saying I can’t connect. It’s not my internet either because all of my other apps and devices work. I don’t know what to do, I’m scared that if I delete and reinstall the app I’ll lose all of my progress.
Can’t get into the game!

I’ve been trying for two days to get into this game and always get a can’t connect to the servers warning. This is one of my favorite games. Please fix it!

I’ve been playing over a year with occasional issues. For the past 3 days, haven’t been able to play. I receive an error that it can not connect to the server. Will this be fixed anytime soon? Today is 5 days after initial review. Still getting error of unable to connect to server. Maybe change to 1 Star.

This is the worst update to date! Instead of improving the game you reduce our game rewards? I’ve put so much money into this game and now you take away the rewards. I will not give you one more penny. If I could take away the money you’ve come to depend on I would as you’ve taken the diamonds away from me. Thanks for nothing!

I really enjoy the game but this last update to version 1.10 was the worst. The changes to battle tower and dungeon challenge rewards were unnecessary. I hope they revert reward system back to the way it was before this update.

I have been playing CQ for a year now and I love it. It’s the first and only app I have put money in and it’s because it is so great. It’s simple and easy yet there is a ton of strategy at the same time. The customer support is great every time I reach out they respond in a timely manner and it’s actually a human response not a robot! So I will continue to play! Join my guild Crazy Gang and have fun! One small final not if I was to make one outside of the box suggestion. I’d like an expansion on guild interaction. Maybe allowing longer text, an addition of emojis and etc. guild interaction is one of the best things about this game IMO. Thanks Go Crazy Gang!!

Favorite Game - But Can No Longer Access

This is 100% my favorite mobile game, hands down. I initially downloaded it solely because, as a concept artist myself, the creature artwork style REALLY appealed to me and I loved collecting them and looking at them (I’d love to know who your character artists are!) but the gameplay itself convinced me even further that this is a game worth playing. I play this game every single day and I never get bored of it. The leveling system is great - at no point do you feel stuck or slowed down, so there’s always progression, and so far, there hasn’t been a disappointing feature added yet. I love the Kingdom feature and I live for the gem holiday events! That’s another thing; It’s not a pay-to-win game, which I appreciate to no end because I like to work for my success in games rather than feeling like I have to purchase something to do well. There are options for micro transactions, but if you’re someone who doesn’t have it in their budget to buy game currency, you won’t be missing out on anything, because it’s SUPER easy to get gems just through playing the game every day, making this game fun and accessible to all, without making any group of players feel cheated or less capable of success. My only problem is that now, for some reason, I can no longer access the game. Whenever I open the app, it tells me it’s having trouble connecting and to hit ‘Continue’ to try to reconnect. I’m connected to a strong WiFi signal, and even if I try to connect while on Cellular data, it still won’t connect. Is anyone else having this issue?
Bad update process

Game play is good. However, after an update, it won’t load for days. It is very frustrating, especially when you have invested time into special events and can’t finish them before they disappear due to this issue. Half tempted to just delete the game.
