Some of the classes are just sections of longer classes so there really aren't as many classes as they promote. Just not the quality I was hoping for.

There are so many great tutorials, wonderful instructors and tips in these videos. I love them and have had so much fun creating new things and getting inspired!

I have been a member for at least two years, and the variety and quality of the various classes is wonderful. There is something for everyone and because the subscription is so affordable, I can pick and choose the classes I am most interested in.

Love love this company and all the crafts and art we get to learn!! I also love all of the staff they are warm and inviting! I always look forward to the monthly look book!!!

Abysmal customer service!

Contacted Creativebug a fourth time since my yearly subscription started and still have not received help to receive content to the classes. I paid $50 for the yearly subscription but my profile always says "upgrade to view this class". Infuriating! I just want my money back at this point, since no one can seem to help me gain access to the classes (even though I've provided you with a receipt and all my profile information on several occasions with no response from you after that). So yeah, one star (zero if I could!) for the app because what good is the app without access to content?!

Creative Bug does great tutorials over a wide range of topics. They continually blow my mind with their diverse and interesting tutorials. I originally thought that it was some kiddy thing that showed you how to make cute stuff : kids crafts. I was totally wrong, you can do that but you can also increase your skills in drawing, sewing, painting, knitting etc.

I’m new to this app and I’m already hooked!! I still have a lot to explore with all the different classes/videos that are on here. The ones I have watched are great plus being the D.I.Y gal that I am, I always love to learn new things. I can definitely see me watching these for hours. I’m into building rustic looking trinkets out of wood, I like working with clay, polymer clay etc., crocheting & some knitting. So I’m all over the board. I can’t wait to see what video I’m gunna watch next!!

I love these videos. I am a visual learner and being able to see it, pause it and then try my own, is a huge help. This is a great app for crafters.
