Keep seeing about Your horrible customer service,and OF COURSE..it’s “ZYNGA” the masters of deceit and theft only to weasel around it in a message to them! But why do they care? There big devs making all the money off of there deceit. There not gunna take care of the very ones they owe it ALL to! Gamers-don’t ever expect them to fix ANYTHING for you! There ok with there shady,thievery! I can only hope karma hits them hard!

I enjoy this game but finally hit the wall on level 984. I would have to buy my way out to go on. Up until now hard levels just need patience.

U did a great new job. I play all day, love it, I’m 88 an love to be able to see my family. Sometimes I get stuck for days, but don’t give up. Keep u the good changes. Grateful for your work .Got to go , must keep playing. Thank you so much

*6/18/18 - After a getting stuck on a horribly impossible level, I emailed developers about it and got a prompt response and was pleased to find the level has been fixed! I can now go back to enjoying one of my all time favorite games. Thank you developers for listening! I love playing this game and find it rather cute but some of these levels are just ridiculously difficult. I'm definitely not enjoying playing the same exact level three times in a row with increasingly harder difficulty, when the "easy" level was hard enough to get through. I'm forced to go through all my boosters and even buy more just for some help to get through one level! I understand levels need to be difficult but this is too much. I get bored and frustrated because I get stuck on the same level for DAYS. Just tone it down, please?? ??

I will never get rid of this game (although it takes up a lot of storage) . My husband died almost 3 years ago, yet he smiles and runs around every day on this app. My baby granddaughter hasn’t started walking yet, but her image has been running around with other members of our family for months. Yes this game brings some frustration, but a lot of smiles too.

I am one game from deleting this game. They have taken a fun game and made it beyond frustrating!!! Yes I don't pump money into this company ,but rigging the game so there is no way to move on without forking out money is crime !!! I have hung in there hoping to out wait them out but there is no way to move on . ????? April 28,2018 Here I am again stuck and can't move on . I win the level , then game shuts down ??? Advertisers don't be associated with this game ?

Why do I have to play the same game on the next 3 levels after I beat it 3 levels before? It’s very frustrating.. the point of beating a level is to move to a new level being glad you passed the current level especially when it’s a hard level... Before this started happening I really enjoyed the game.. Being able to put pictures on the faces brought me many laughs... Please fix the glitch...
