App not responding at blue Dino question

Love this app but it won't respond to any touch on the blue Dino question. You're supposed to touch Dino with 3 fingers to move and the app does nothing. Not even the broken heart will appear when I touch all over the screen. A glitch. I can't even get out of it. Game is stuck! Help!

In the Insane Test- "Touch the similar penguins.", what do I do? Other than that confusing part, I am almost finished with it..pretty easy once ya get the hang of it!
