The game is not working properly It tells that no memory in the phone noting that i have iPhone 7 plus 256 gb It terminates before the game starts

This applications I bought for 2.99 did not work for my iPhone 7+ at all. Once I hit play it force close I wanted to get a refund but don't know how. Any apple user do. It but this app it's not for no to work for your phone. Please help me to get a refund.

When I first got this game it exited me out for the first 10 times, then became so blurry i didn't know what was going on at all!! I regret my decision on purchasing this app!!

I hope the developers read this. I don't care about the money but why is a game that is no longer compatible with iOS even being sold? I bought it, the game immediately says it needs to be updated then it crashes.
