Not getting boosts from watching videos. Too many issues with this app. First problem is that I viewed a video to get a extra boost to start with. After making one move in the game the game exits. A message appeared “You lost a life, there were no more possible matches.” Like what, why waste time viewing a video & getting extra boosts to just lose them in a matter of seconds. Also the battle with Trixie levels are beyond tedious. The A.I. Is set up to win & gives the best moves to let Trixie win each & every time. Don’t like the updated look of the characters.

This used to be one of my favorite games. I was one of the first people to play this game. When it first came out. When used to have to wait for a new boards to be built or new worlds. Over the time it’s changed quite a bit. I really don’t like that you can’t get potions the way you used to. And build recipes the old way. From the way you stored things up. After earning them. There’s quite a few things that I don’t like About the changes over the years. But I still play it just not very often.

April 12, 2019I’ve been playing this game for over a year and really enjoy it. However your “free boosts” haven’t been working for days, and I hate to waster my time watching the ad and no free boost!

I’ve watched at least a hundred ads to get extra potion or an extra power up, but only get the boost about 10% of the time. SOOO ANNOYING
