Used to Work

I had a subscription which just lapsed. The new app will not allow me to access my prior purchased issues nor will it let me restore my purchases. When I sent an e-mail asking for this to be addressed, they basically said too bad, that is just the way it is and I would have to re-subscribe to be able to access the issues I already paid for.

Subscription ended; they won’t let us access old editions

Subscription ended; they won’t let us access old editions. DO NOT buy through device!! Great magazine, so buy via the web. It’ll allow you to access site online. If you buy through device, it won’t let you login. I’m so angry. 3-4 years of magazines, subscription lapses, and now have zero access to any of them. Goodbye!

Need vids

Need to access to videos on website for upgraded memberships, killer app and magazine otherwise!

Missing pages
Daddybop

I really wanted to like this magazine but the inability to navigate all the pages is a deal breaker.

Made beer drinking more of an experience!

Now I know what I'm drinking, what I like and why I like it! I always know the best breweries to visit on vacation and what beers to bring to parties.

Best beer magazine

I have a subscription to most of the beer magazines. This is the best one. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Needs option purchase individual issues

I'm a print subscriber and like the app layout, but subscribe only? Needs an option to purchase individual issues.

Good start, but needs offline reading capability
ColoradoAg97

The app is a good first start and better than the previous way of downloading a PDF via email link and storing in iBooks. Given this magazine is a little larger than normal in print, no formatting adjustment for the app means that some print can be hard to read on an iPad, and impossible on other devices. Finally, you should be able to read downloaded articles offline WITHIN THE APP. CB&B magazine customer service suggested that in order to read offline, I need to download the PDF to iBooks. Why should I not be able to read offline within the app (like on an airplane)? The inability to do so, given that magazines in apps are not a new thing, I will continue to see this app as mediocre. I look forward to updates to address the offline reading issue.

This app works great alongside the magazine subscription. I enjoy being able to read articles at work on my phone with full access with the app.

Wish I could bookmark pages

The app is ok, falls short in interactivity but still has functionality. I just wish I could bookmark pages.
