Frustrated!!

I’m really enjoying the game but I’m at level 72 and have been unable to pass this level. I’m getting to the point if I don’t pass this level I will quit the game.

This game is fun EXCEPT for the amount of money and progress I lose due to the high number of errors……and you have never once given loyal players like me a refund or better yet, gifted me with a nice amount of crystals to make up for each and every error

Why do I have to scroll through 170 collections just to collect one that is ready .? Can’t they just come up to the top .. ?

I have a prescription ad that popped up and I cannot get out of it. Even after letting it run, I cannot get back to the game.

I love this game however I really hate that I have to wait 3 days to play because I don't always want to play meows & paws. There should be an option to play or not that way you don't lose your progress. Not everyone always has the time to stay on top of that event and it's not fair that we should have to wait to play the regular way and not be penalized. Not only that at times they run multiple events during the meows & paws and it forces you to play the paws or you forfeit the other events. Just completely unfair. The other thing that bothers me is the gifts. You can have hundreds of friends but you're only allowed to send 10 or 11 gifts daily. I think if someone sends you a gift you should be allowed to send them one plus have your 10 to send to friends who you haven't sent. It would make keeping and getting friends much easier and keep game more fun.
