Not so great

I’ve been a fan of this game for as long as I can remember. Playing it now just isn’t as fun as it used to be. For one, voting is totally and completely unfair to people of lower levels; it’s biased. Someone from level 5 shouldn’t have to go against someone of level 50. That’s unfair. They have a lot more makeup, hairstyles, clothes, props, etc. You wouldn’t a 1st grader against a 10th grader in a spelling bee would you? The game can also be very glitchy and I’ve seen no attempt to really fix any bugs. Also, Runway Challenges should be different for those who are made up of lower levels considering we’re being rated against higher levels. There’s a bug where “bonus pieces” are just the pieces you already have and they’re rarely new ones to complete a set. My fashion house works there butt off and those bonus pieces could’ve done us good. Hell, being rated fairly could do us some good. -Esentell House Leader of Friskee Fashions

I’m a loyal covet player since 2014, and I play everyday. I can’t speak for newer players in today’s version, but from an upper level player, I love this game. However, their business decisions are not in favor of their paying customers. There was recently a glitch that allowed people to get thousands of dollars (real US Dollars) of free clothes. Instead of removing the stolen garments from the players accounts, they let them keep the first 20 garments (several hundred US Dollars) and gave them 500 gems on top of that. The rest of the players who decided not to violate their terms of service by taking advantage of the glitch, were given NOTHING. I am deeply saddened by the company’s decision and I will no longer support this game as they can’t play fair to their customers. You would never buy from a store that gives one person something for free and then expects you to pay full price for the same item; It’s wrong and bad business.

Too many glitches, poor customer service

I have been playing Covet daily for several years and am finally almost at the top level. This is not a cheap game if you want to advance quickly-And the later you joined the game the more at a disadvantage you will be because you will have to spend money to catch up and buy hair accessories and level up to receive good scores. Having said that, Covet recently made poor customer service decisions by unfairly rewarding those who took advantage of a glitch whereby every diamond item in the game was free for about an hour. Those who took advantage of the glitch kept 20 free garments which could easily add up to $100k+ diamond worth of items. 100k diamonds equates to over $250+USD in their diamond shop!!! This is a slap in the face to loyal paying customers like myself who spend a lot of money on this game for diamonds/diamond items and work hard to advance, but missed out on the glitch. Either take back all the advantage or make it fair to everyone.

It would be nice if we could put more than one unowned garment on the model at a time. It’s hard to see what an ensemble will look like unless we can see the whole thing. It would also be nice if we could sometimes choose a bare feet option and if you’d run series where we can win some of the older hair accessories or made the tokens cheaper so more people can buy them as well as more options for people at lower levels. I’d also like to see more balance in the game it’s difficult for a level two to beat a level 40.
