Needs Apple Watch support

TheGadgetinator

Below is a list of improvements I think this app could use: Needs Apple Watch support Needs to show coverage for US territories and other countries. Should also show physical locations of cell towers and which tower the user is currently connected to. Option to view topographic maps. Cache map data offline on users device so the app can still be useful when no signal is available.

App need to be updated

For an app the you have to pay 3$ to download, there should be more than 1-3 updates a year but is still a very good app

Pretty much perfect

Muéro

This app has all the carriers, works even when data isn't available, gets updated frequently, and is easy to use. You won't be disappointed if you get this app.

Indispensable

This app does a great job at letting you compare coverage between carriers. It is also useful if you are curious if a place you are traveling to should have coverage. Being able to toggle the various carriers on and off right from the map screen is great. It's also just as easy to toggle coverage maps between roaming, 2G, 3G, "4G", and LTE.

Very useful

A fast and easy way to compare the coverage between carriers.

Maps are not accurate outdated badly

Att has as of January 2017 refarmed all of the edge (2G) coverage and is started implementing it into their LTE (4G) coverage. this map is way old plus TMobile map coverage doesn't break down from 2G to 3G to 4G to LTE (4G) at all. It just all shows up no matter what you click on.

It's alright

This app is great if you're traveling, or trying to compare coverage between carriers. My only complaint is that this app isn't updated enough. Carriers are adding coverage all the time, so it would be nice to see this app updated at least once a month. If it were I would give this app 5 stars. Other than that, no issues!

Amazing App

surpreme awsomeness

This app is very useful for getting a heads up on roadtrips. much more simper to use than the actual carriers maps, specially side by side.

Exactly what it says it will do

Update 4/17: Still and awesome and excited about the new subscription for HD maps! The maps are a really good gauge of the cell coverage you can expect. Remember they just overlay the carriers map onto Apple maps so if it's wrong it's not the developers fault!

Makes it really easy to compare providers

Version 2017.4 is a great update! The new optional high resolution maps are outstanding and I'm really glad to see that the developers found a way to make the app more sustainable for them to keep developing it. I happily subscribed as soon as it was available. I'm looking forward to the quarterly in-app updates. One feature request that I hope the new background changes and mapping partnership will help to facilitate...I would love to see US Cellular's network added to the app. Their territory covers 23 states and their LTE speed and bandwidth is on par with the bigger guys.
