App crashes every time I try to deposit a check

Every time I try to deposit a check the app crashes.
Security questions won’t save

Ever since the latest update I have to put new security questions in every time I log in. It says summit the question and picture but it never saves. I tried deleting the app and installing it again. Still the same thing.

Constantly have to power down my phone or delete and reinstall the app because the app has issues on logging in.

Great app when it works, but more often than not it’s getting to be I have to delete the app and then reinstall it in order for it to work. For some reason when trying to log in it keeps locking up and will locked for a day or two

This app is so easy to use. I like to be able to select which transactions I want to see in my Account detail (only ATM withdrawals, only deposits, etc.) I also like to manage my cards by freezing my card if it’s misplaced or by setting travel alerts. It’s also really cool that I can apply for a loan right in the system and all my info pre-fills in the fields.
Changes are LESS convenient

Quick pay and Multiple Bill Pay were two convenient options recently removed without notice making online banking more complicated. Messages sent are never responded to. I used to highly recommend this business...
Bugs with No Support

New update supposedly to address existing bugs has left your app useless returning Network Error - Check your internet connection when using Deposit feature. Calling into Mobile App support is a joke as the rep is clueless and just there to answer the calls.

This app makes mobile banking available and that is very handy. It is very glitchy. Occasionally it will go into a cycle when you first open the app that just sits at the blank home page without the log in boxes ever appearing. Once this happens you have to uninstall the app then re download. Also will occasional get into a cycle where when the app is opened it takes you off to a website in the internet browser.... very odd and concerning for banking security. I don’t know if I’ll use the app much longer because of how glitchy it is I should not have to install and uninstall the app for it to work for a few weeks.
