It was working then it wasn’t

It was working just fine for awhile then when you redeem a receipt that’s all it does it don’t give you the cash back I even contacted customer service they started looking into it then that’s it never heard back from them .

Check off everything cuz you have to do so before you buy. Some apps don’t do that. Other problem is customer service: I claimed stuff that was eligible. Received an email days later saying to circle eligible items and resend. Circled them, took pics, app camera features unclear and sketchy. The app said to type in each UPC code so I did. I had unique 30 eligible items and only needed 3 to get my credit. They were Happy baby & happy tot. all 30 UPCs didn’t work. The app offered a link to click if I still thought something was wrong. It leads to a generic explanation of why a customer might be mistaken / so no actual help. I wasn’t mistaken with all 30 items. I entered all codes according to the apps guidance and even tried a couple other ways…didn’t work. It eventually offered a “customer service” link that led to printable coupons and NO customer service. I would have rated this 1 star if it wasn’t so easy to get the money transferred when this app does work. Also ALL nicknames are “taken” when you TRY to post

Use Ibotta instead

Don’t waste your time with this app. I enjoyed when I could just visit the website and print coupons, but none of the rebates work ever. If you want rebates, try Ibotta instead. You still have to add the items prior to shopping but my receipts never get rejected and you canChoose how are you get paid: bank account, your PayPal account, or get an electronic gift card to literally dozens of places/sites.

Really not worth my time Had to upload my receipt several times as every coupon had to be processed separately. Not easy when you buy for a family and your receipt is long(several pics per receipt). Resolving issues takes forever. They only communicate through a chat/email system. They can take days to answer a question and you are dealing with different people per conversation. In my experience, they don’t read the previous conversation as they ask me the same questions or to summit the same receipt, dates, or offers.

I used to have this app it was nice because it would allow me to print from my cell phone and I loved it but now it like I get app change but at least alert people who have the app to see if they choose to keep it or not sorry I erased it just because of that

Don’t Get A New Phone

I had saved my coupons and they were on my list. I went and purchased the items I wanted from my list. My husband purchased a new phone for me, while I was out running errands I switched over to my new phone. When I went to my app and logged on, all of my items had been removed from my list, so I could not redeem my purchases.

So disappointed! I should have almost $20 in my deposit from all the coupons I’ve used, come to find out today it never even gave me the payment for it. Won’t even show up in my redemptions. Just got screwed out of $20, I’ve already deleted this app as its stolen money from me. Better off using ibotta

No matter what receipt I submit it is ALWAYS denied. I should not have to refute every receipt. I only submit offers on your site yet always a hassle. Not worth it and would never recommend to anyone

Beginning to wonder if this is a scam

I’ve submitted information for one receipt. I was supposed to have money deposited into my PayPal account. It’s now been missing well over a month. Th customer service people who have been messaging are extremely rude and unhelpful. They also keep providing me PayPal transaction ids that aren’t even valid asking me to check with them. PayPal has been speedily responding and trying to be helpful with this mess.

Left negative review yesterday about approved rebate that hadn’t been paid in 2+ weeks and now magically in PayPal within 12 hours. I appreciate the rebate but wish I didn’t have to go to this much work to get paid. Great app when it works.
