I press play and play and it goes to the loading screen... And it shuts off!!!! Please help me!!!!! I would give this game 0 stars if I could!!!!!

This game is very challenging and fun. I like the graphics and all the themes in the levels. When ever I am in a long line I will pull out my phone and just play. I play this game a lot. I like all the guns and gear you can get with coins, but I wish you could do something where I can buy some coins because I will be buying a lot
