Nice but why for ios 11 up

There are many leading countdown apps and they still support even much lower ios verion then 10. Why this app has jump to minimum ios 11 without basic bug fixes - who knows. So no reasons to buy premium on lower ios. It's a pitty becaue that is simple & nice app.
