Don't know how it works but it sure does. I use it on my iPhone. When I can't sleep, I'll turn it on its side on my nightstand and watch the cute lil sheep. Next thing I know my eyelids are heavy. Ps-To the creators: Love the owl! :)
Great sleep timer

It's the best sleep timer, integrated with iTunes saved music and podcasts. AND...if I turn off the sheep sounds, counting the silly sheep puts me out in no time.
