I’m so sick of seeing sync error and not being able to see the message my father has sent me.

Since the update the notification has been acting funny and it won’t show me that there is a message ..it was perfect before hopefully they fix it other than that it’s great

Perfect House
After my 2 week trail period it blocked me from sending or receiving emails, I tried over 50 times to upgrade to a Premier account but it won’t let me what’s worse is there’s no such thing as customer support to assist you.

Makes the best of a not-so-convenient situation. Easily allowed me to communicate with loved one. Nothing is ever perfect, sometimes it can lag. But it’s overall a great service that works as it says most every time!

I love the app. Very convenient. I see several bad reviews concerning the communications error. I receive that error from time to time, but I refresh and move past it. I refuse to complain about this app because it is making the best out of a bad situation. I can't buy a book of stamps for $7 a year, so I'll gladly spend it here and conveniently talk to my fiance every day, many times a day. Thanks.

It takes like two hours or more for messages to be received. My fiancé sent me emails this a.m. around 6 or 7ish and I still haven't received them. Not sure why this is happening, but I guess it'll improve once the free trial is over & the fee is drafted from my account.

This app is a great resource to have on your phone. BUT, the duplicate notifications for the same message... And the delay on the apps side to deliver is cause some issues in my relationship.. IM TIRED OF HAVING TO ANSWER TO WHY HAVE IT TAKEN YOU SO LONG TO REPLY?!. ???
