Keeps cancelling my year subscription

Sorry to have to revise my former positive review. I have a one year subscription, and this is now the third time that the service has been canceled. I have to email their offices and wait for a day or so until they manually reset my subscription from their side. This is very unprofessional.

Very easy to find information ! Probably the best on line newspaper I have ever read .

Half the articles will not download. Very cumbersome and slow. Not in line at all with the quality and brand of the printed paper. The audio version is a great feature, almost impeccable if not funny when adventuring into foreign pronunciation.
Per favore riparatela....!

Da giorni non apre nessun articolo. I video non si vedono. Praticamente inutilizzabile, e intanto pago l'abbonamento... per favore fix the bugs!

Risiedo all'estero, ed ero ben felice di pagare l'informazione italiana sul telefonino. Purtroppo sono deluso. I contenuti sono a volte indisponibili. L'aspetto grafico è molto lontano da quello di concorrenti come il New York Times (davvero: non si può prendere spunto da loro...?). La sezione "editoriali" è bloccata al 25 gennaio. Oggi è il 14 febbraio, e finora ho visto disponibile solo un editoriale, di Paolo Mieli. Spero proprio che questa app migliori. Come detto, pago volentieri, ma al momento non è all'altezza. Aggiorno la mia review il 10 settembre 2017. Articoli non disponibili: non si aprono proprio. Vorrei dare un consiglio agli sviluppatori di questa app: non mettete una versione nuova online finché non l'avete provata. NON FUNZIONA!!!!
