Terrible connectivity

Can’t connect, it won’t send the verification email. I’ve been logged in previously but it won’t even give the option to do that. Deleting the app without even using it. ??

This app is ok, the schedule is handy to have but my app never updates to show the classes I’ve taken/attended. I wish it would sync better, not super impressed.

Haphazard poorly designed app. Can’t take photo for check-in because there is no shutter button on app. Also can’t do selfie (must have someone else take the photo).
Love CPY, but this app is THE WORST.

Since joining CPY at the end of the summer, I’ve been working hard to track my progress and figure out how yoga best fits into my work schedule. I travel frequently and signed up at CPY because I like to practice when I’m on the road. My experience at the CPY studios has been great. Each instructor has their own personality and way of teaching, but they’re all patient, respectful, and dedicated to their practice. This has been my experience in TX, WA, MA, and CO and studios in those respective states. But let’s talk about this app for a second. For such a large, well known studio to have an app this terrible just isn’t acceptable. The app does not update consistently with classes I’ve taken - sometimes they show up in the Activity tab, sometimes not for two weeks, sometimes not at all. I’ve saved classes / instructors I’ve really vibed with only to go back and see it’s no longer saved. The filters constantly need to be adjusted. Whoever designed this app doesn’t deserve to have a job designing apps. They should be forced to download the app and attend class for a month while using the app to understand just how bad it is. At this point, the app serves only as a digital barcode for me to check into class. Not that checking in matters, because the app makes it impossible to track anything.
Developers please revise!

Aside from the times that I’ve shown up for a class & it was canceled without an update on the app?, the other issue that hasn’t been resolved is the class attendance. I have had the app for years, & this has always been an issue. I often have to call customer service number bc the app fails to update my class attendance. I always go through the same trouble shooting steps (after waiting 24-48 hours)...of course I power my phone on / off, make sure the app is updated, delete and reinstall the app to no avail. Sometimes even after spending time on the phone with customer service & being told I should see the class attendance within a couple days, it’s still unresolved.

Corepower is great. Their app is awful. The schedule page crashes all the time and says “no classes found”. It only tracks about a few of my classes in the activity page- which makes the goals page pointless since it goes off data from the activity page. Of the last 10 classes I’ve been in, only 2 show up on the app. I’ve contacted Corepower about this and they were just basically like “that’s how it is sometimes” and gave me a wayyyy less user friendly desktop site that I can go to from a computer, which isn’t compatible with the goals feature anyway. The app is awful.
Activity not accurate

I like the filters to see upcoming class schedules but my activity history is always missing classes I’ve attended, which also effects tracking your goals.

Kind of baffled by the other reviews. My corepower app lets me easily enroll in/cancel classes, keeps accurate track of my attendance, and is overall really dependable. Weird to me nobody else has this experience. I love the app.
