Duplicate Contact names

All names were duplicated; in addition 160 "no name" listed I had to remove them one by one.

Tried using this app twice. Using it a third time would have been crazy. First time- got S.O.S at 664 photos for 24 hours. Second time, S.O.S at 226 photos for 10 hours. The manager at my local At&t store recommended it. It didn't work for me. I transferred from a Samsung to an iPhone 6S+, using my home network. I only had 1085 photos and 15 videos. I downloaded the AT&T transfer app - no issues- took 30 min. - 1st try. I wouldn't say don't try it, but if it doesn't work for you the first time then, save yourself the time and move on...

Loyal tendencies
Worked fine through 25% transferring the first time I used it. Then it froze and never worked again. Tried rebooting the router 100 times and turning he phones off etc etc... and nothing. The 2 cell phones Won't even detect each other anymore. But the first time I used it, it was flawless for 20min....tried everything, don't know what to do now...
