Copeland X-Ref™ provides on-the-go access to Emerson’s air conditioning compressor cross-reference database to product specifications and replacement Copeland® compressors. The mobile application includes new functionality for quick and convenient access. In addition to pulling up information using the first three digits of a compressor model number, contractors can now use the new label bar code scanning feature to quickly search Emerson’s compressor database for replacement product information.

This app could have a lot of worth, but it's not quite there. Incomplete compressor listings. No starting components listed. Open searches don't yield all results for some compressors or in some cases no results. Some expected bugs, but the registration window never goes away.

My customers need things right away! I thought this app would have been a nice addition to my vast library of numbers cross reference literature I have collected in my 19 years at ABCO Refrigeration, but it falls short due to limited navigation and options! I suggest an update that mirrors something similar to Copeland online product inquiry (OPI).

This is not to bad for residential and light commercial reference, but need to add the semi-hermetic compressors and the refrigeration duty. Also need the start, run and relay data. I have been on the wholesale HVAC&R side of the industry for 15 years, now with URI, and we as an industry need these kind of apps for instant information. We need more manufactures to do these.

I've tried this app on all types of copeland compressors, your compressors that you made. First 3 digits my butt. Useless. Totally useless. Whoever created this app should be tasered. In the face.
