Hot garbage

Copdate had all the opportunities during the pandemic to improve their platform but didn’t. The map function doesn’t work and doesn’t pick up my shops, even tho I’m 7 miles from a major retailer/skate shop. I always have to register for local drops thru email which renders the app basically useless. I meet the requirements when I submit the entry form (again NOT THRU THE APP BUT THRU THEIR WEBSITE) but I’m barely selected for draws and when I am, they shake me down for an extra $3, $5, $10 for shoes I’ll never get. I was also tipped off by a shop employee that free entries will NEVER win, and in order to qualify, you HAVE to Boost. I don’t even care about the L’s, it’s the fact that you always HAVE to pay $$ for a small chance at getting the shoes. I hope skate shops drop this garbage service. I’d rather line up at the door at midnight and wait 10 hours. Analog style. This can be done SO much better. Missed opportunity but maybe someone will read these reviews and develop a better service cus this ain’t it.

This app is so trash. You can’t even enter raffles on this app. You have to find a link of the raffle you want to enter and it’s not even through the app. It doesn’t send you email to let you know if you’ve been selected or you weren’t. I’ve went through the trouble of following all skate shops and I don’t get any notifications, no events nothing. Don’t wasn’t your time and money.
Just straight up doesn’t work.

I’ve used this app on both android and Apple. Both are broken. Won’t let me enter my shoe size, and now when I tap my account it brings me to the page to select a store, which I already have. My local store is running a promotion and it doesn’t show anything about that. Lucky I follow them on Instagram and don’t rely on this terrible app.

Why do skate shops keep using them. You get no confirmations. No emails. The app crashes when you try to use their features. Straight joke.
Entries never show up

I been entering every local raffle for a year now and Copdate never confirms or even shows that I entered the raffle. It’s basically a ghost entry for me but yet I see others who enter the same raffles and the app shows that they have entered under the my list tab which leads me to believe the system is broken.

Great user friendly app. Everything has been clear and concise. You may not win it all but they give you a solid chance at winning anything Nike SB Dunk related.

This app is a waste of time, I’ve had it for over 2 years and it always says “follow more stores”. It even says this during major releases
Zero customer service and zero transparency

I’ve had issues using the app and when I email their support, they either don’t respond or they give general responses that don’t help with my issue. Their customer service is the worst. Also if you boost, you really have no idea if the boost did anything to help your chances of winning. You have no idea how many pairs of shoes there were in the first place or how many people won or how many won because of boosting. You have no idea, period. You may have just thrown your $5 away for nothing. Please don’t be a desperate Sneakerhead and use this app. Save yourself some money and frustration.
