Coolibah works best with high-resolution iPhone photos. You do have the ability to use photos imported through iTunes. But please be aware that iTunes resizes photos during the import process, making them very small. They will show up small on a Coolibah page because of this.
You can bypass iTunes to get high resolution photos on your device.
* Email the photo to yourself > open it on your device > save to your device
* Upload to a photo hosting website (flickr, photobucket.. etc.) > access your account on your device > save photo to your device

Do not waste your time. Clearly insiders are reviewing this app. It will not work! The pics cannot be sized right. The layers do not work, and if you want to delete the project, forget it. I am going to delete the app.

NOT worth the download. Took 20 minutes to download the kits on my iPhone 4. TOO expensive!!! You only get a ugly set of letters and numbers free. Every other kit is .99 and it has only a few things in it and the kits are not complete. UNINSTALLING RIGHT NOW. The only reason I gave it one star because you have to give at least one but it is not deserving of that star.

I love this app. I have made about 50 pages with it and then upload them to create photo books. Your pictures come out blurry because they need a higher DPI ... I downloaded an app to do this (iResize). I have been digitally scrapbooking for about 5 years and now this is the only way I do it. I would love more kits and am patiently awaiting the new changes because it is tedious trying to hunt through everything I have bought. If you digitally scrapbook, each kit runs around $3... $.99 is a bargain!!!

This is a great app, the low ratings are coming from people who don't have the sense to click on the help button, rather throw their hands up and claim it must not work, and see that they have a great website with lots of help and Q&A. Also there are plenty of free elements, but they do not come preloaded and there is a good reason for this. Who would want a bunch of space taken up with things you'd never use, not me. When you go to their store, at first it appears that everything costs $, but if you looked at the Q&A you'd see that there are lots of free packages, you just have to scroll through (the cover flow style - cool!) library because the free ones are interspersed with the paid ones. This is reasonable. I love the selection and I would even be happy to purchase some of them, except for the fact that this app does not save my high resolution pics in high res. if it did I would stop looking and start spending. I'd rather wait and find something in high res, than go through all the work and later wish I waited. The movement is a bit choppy on resizing and fine tuning placement can be a little bit of a challenge. For this reason, I would ordinarily give this 4⭐, but I believe that the dev has been unfairly punished by people who are either too stupid or too impatient to use this app; for this reason, I am posting a 5⭐review.
