I play this too and prefer playing the game,tapping the falling orbs along with the song, but my son likes free play. His absolute favorite is the Cool Drum in this series, but unfortunately we can't leave a rating for that or Erhu (also great, for coordination/timing skills!) because we downloaded those two through codes. I really like how the apps in the Cool series can be used together to create a mini band.
Smule is so much better.

I can't even tell what song I am playing on this app. The bass notes sometimes seem to be coming on the higher note drops. Sorry, but I will stick to Smule.
Go back to the old version!!!!

OMG!!! What have you done to it?!? It used to be this really nice relaxing thing to do and now they've made it all complicated, taken away almost all the songs and now it is constantly flashing at you if you miss a note or play it too soon. This version is beyond horrible. I'm actually going to delete it-it's unusable now. So disappointed!!!!

This is kind of cool but, there is very long waiting intervals to continue playing the song. Anyone contemplating getting this, I recommend smule piano!

I don't know why some people hate upgrade. I DO really love this new version. Just need to create an Cool Piano account and click the restore you'll get all the songs you paid. Anyway, I buy the VIP for more privilege. Super fun and love the new features!
