This is a great app, but support is absolutely horrendous. I sent an email asking for help 2 days ago and no response. I've spent real money in this game. So I would say definitely don't waste your time or money on this game until they can improve customer service.

I have started numerous puzzles and when I try to go back to them another day, they are no longer available. Sorry, sorry excuse for puzzle app.

Fun but disappointed!!

Every time I try putting the puzzles together the game freezes and the app closes!! If als won't let me do the daily puzzles!! I love putting puzzles together it's very relaxing!! Please fix this problem! Thanks!!

Getting Tired of Misleading...

Puzzle apps that say you can use your own photos...you let me get as far as choosing the image and then you won’t let me unless I buy something...annoying and misleading.

With this new update the puzzle is so small I can’t even see the pieces and why is there soooo much wasted space when the puzzle could be bigger and easier to see and put together. I don’t like it and this was my go-to puzzle app. Now I’m deleting it because it is no longer fun to do! 5 thumbs down!!! If you change it back to the way it was I’ll keep playing but I can’t see it well at all. Not straining my eyes cuz this is just stupid!!!

New Puzzle Surface

Since the new update, I am not a fan of the new surface. I can barely see my pieces. If you could change it back to how it was before. I think a lot of people won’t be happy about the new update. Other than that, I love this app.

I love the layout...the pieces work a lot better now and don’t refuse to move...I am very pleased with the scoring ratio for the most difficult level.... I love that you are coming up with new puzzle packages often. The one problem I have is the contrast of some of the pieces with the background colors, which makes it difficult to see the edges of the pieces. The background I use most often is the gray one with the vertical lines through it. I would love it if you could come up a bigger variety of background colors. I would love to see white, light blue, pink and lime green (vertical lines are very helpful, too). Also, two of the colors are mislabeled. Thank you for listening to my requests! You have made this a very enjoyable game for me!

I bought the .99 for double rewards and I never got it I tapped it again and I had to pay $4.99 please see that glitch/bug.
