Lost all of my premium tools!

I loved this game at one time.Do not waste your money buying premium tools. They will just disappear one day. Impossible to pass levels without the premium tools and they are not getting another dime from me. ?

You guys need to come up with a better strategy than this . Level 17 makes no sense and not able to upgrade appliances and can’t even get one star. So I know this is rigged. Do better!
