Gems have gotten too hard to earn

I have played this game for a long time but the past few changes have actually made this game less fun. As you progress in the game you will need to upgrade your restaurant usually with gems. The system used to encourage you to play daily once you hit like the fifth day in a row you would get a gem and could keep collecting gems just by logging on now you usually get a few coins and can barely earn the gems. The casino does not pay out gems as much as it used to. The game itself is very fun, like I said I have had it for years, before I would give it five stars but now it is not as much fun just trying to grind on the same levels to try to level up and earn gems or to lose all your coins at the casino trying to get the gems. Feels like a strong push to get you to buy the gemstones with real cash. I like this game, I would even pay if there was a full edition game without ads and if gems were as easy as they used to be to get (which was still not super easy but easier than now) but IMO buying the gems would just be a money pit.

I love this game because it makes time fly by and it is so fun except the beginning because you have to grind and make money to upgrade or buy a new shop and I feel it is unfair because some upgrades need gems to buy it and if you don’t have enough you have to grind to another lvl and hopefully it gives you gems or you have to wait the calander thingy

I was playing this game for a very long time, I spent tons of money on this game, yet I logged in with all my accounts, nothing worked, how can I get my stuff back, and I would love a reply but you probably won’t, i won’t ever look at this game until I calm myself

Really good only thing is that leveling up is pretty hard and I don’t want to write an extremely long review so all I’m going to say is that this game is worth that.

The game is fun but literally impossible to progress if theres no way to get gems beside buying them and using the casino which is a 1-50 chance of getting them

i love this game + have been playing for years. i’m not sure which update it was but i don't like how we can't collect daily coins from the locations we have anymore. it feels like it is a ploy to get people to buy coins/gems thru the app and that's ridiculous!
