You get to level 1100 and you don’t get nothing no more but star changer so I have quit playing it when that all you get not worth my time

There is no support system for this game. The only Facebook page it has is just an endless “boosters giveaway” with no way to ask other players (or anyone) for instructions on how to play. There are levels where a washing machine is above a row of boulders, and we all know the bubbles can’t go through boulders, but you’re supposed to somehow hit the washer. ??? How?!? And what are the bubbles with the twirling bits on them?? A little support/instruction would make the game playable.

I love this game especiAlly the endless challenge but it seems to have a glitch where all of a sudden you can’t control your play and it goes full screen and you just have to keep hitting the screen to use up your bubbles to get out of it! Extremely frustrating! Please fix this. Thank you

I love this game but every time I play the endless challenge lately it glitches and just keeps scrolling down it’s done it at least 10x after I spent my coins to get extra cookies or more bubbles and you don’t get the coins or the perks back it’s so frustrating please fix the glitch
When will cookiecats pop get more level? Mine quit at 1800.

Love love love this game. Im nearly at level 1000. I will put off nearly any real world task to shoot bubbles with cats. Ive spent maybe $25 on this game over the past six months, which isnt much considering how much joy it brings me. Id love to see more changes to tournaments, seems like the games within the tournaments are always the same. Itd also be nice to play multiple levels (gold, silver, bronze) at the same time if you have multiple tickets. The daily quests are almost always 1-5 coins, kind of dinky in my opinion, so i dont always play those. On to the issues, there’s a major glitch in the endless challenge that causes it to go haywire once you reach the octopus. Ive notified customer service, they are very nice and prompt, but nothings changed yet and its been like this a few months. I still play to get some extra boosters out of it, but it’s annoying to have to stop with 50 balls left. Its the only part if this game that makes my phone really hot as well. Strange. I also have found the shoots and ladders malfunctions, if you arrive on a chest, sometimes it doesnt open, slides dont always work properly, etc., but generally that means you get to the end quicker and get better prizes. Would love to see more little games like kitty climb, treasure hunt, etc.. All of your games are pretty great, my bf was addicted to cookie cat blast, but had to delete it since it sucked up all his time. Some improvements could make this a 5 star game for sure! Thank you!

I was really interested in this game until I unlocked a new power up and then the screen flickered and flashed. It was very disorienting and hurt my head. I certainly wish I had been warned about that before hand
