Latest frustrating oops!!!

Love the game & play it all the time—however tonite what seems like a crash as I was getting extras suddenly when I went to go to the next step all of a sudden it reverted to last weeks add and all of this weeks updates had DISAPPEARED & it was back to an older version—the Xmas screen had disappeared—and I lost the extra time I had earned plus all that was there I had already done!!! You need to resolve this! Am I the only one with this issue??? 1/4/2020 the problem is still there!!! I can’t go any further at this point because all are done and what was lost has not returned!!! So I am stuck for now until you fix this!!!
