Updates make app crash

My son loved this app until the most recent update. Now it routinely crashes, which is unfortunate. Wish I hadn't paid for this. We are having the same experience with Elmo calls.

I just love this I'm an adult and find this so stinkin cute I bought all call packs just for a funny laugh :) oh my kids like it to :)

My son loves the cookies calls but I paid $1.99 for the app and then $2.99 for the all calls package and my package has not downloaded. I've restarted my app, my phone, my network settings and I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again and it's still not downloaded the pack.

My twin 2 year old nieces love this and Elmo's calls! Hope they do more characters from sesame Street
