When it comes to music the only experience I have is in listening. While this app caters a bit more towards actual musicians who seek to learn the language of rhythm it plays like a classical rhythm timing game and I have been introduced to many technical beat musical "terms" such as "4 on the floor" and "upbeat" and "downbeat". The app is very enlightening. When we listen to music it's easy to ignore the beat in the background but it actually to my surprise influences the perception and taste of the song greatly. Next time I listen to music I will be sure to listen to the underlying rather! This app is fantastic for all! The more musical knowledge you have the more you have to gain from this app with it's arcade style beat timing mechanic and songs mimicking quite well the different genres of music + silly cookie theme. The app runs smoothly (it did crash once for me) and has 32 professionally made levels that progress a little fast. I would love to see new levels! I have always wanted to compose my own songs but how can I do that effectively if I don't give the rhythm any thought. Thanks Cookie Beats for introducing me to this whole new world of beats! Perhaps I will venture further in the future! Thanks Developers!?
