New comment: OK, I got it to work, but the solution is not obvious and there is no help. After downloading the file to the app, drag the file name to the left, this reveals the options. Click convert and a folder is created in the app documents with the PDF file. Original comment: I purchased this app. It does absolutely nothing. And there is zero support. Would like a refund.
