I want my money back! Reset the phone teice, reinstalled the app twice and still it doesn't open.

Unable to convert document. When touch open in.....it closes the app. I uninstalled and installed again and now can't open app at all!!!!

The App has not opened once. It crashes constantly even after deleting, reinstalling, etc. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!!!!! You are throwing your money away.
