I've recently tested over 20 Conversion Apps, and "Convert Trial" is better than some but not as good as others. Somewhere about in the middle, in other words. "Convert Trial - Unit Converter by PBF" presents a challenge to review properly simply because it is so limited. But if you like this, and I do, there is a full version available. MY PROS: * Accurate results in 3 of 5 of my essential test conversions (acre/sq. ft., mile/inches, stone/oz) * Has 3 of the top 11 most common/essential categories * User-interface is pleasing to the eye, and fairly easy to use * Simply tap different units to see additional conversion results * Updated about a month ago, indicating that the developers may remain committed to it * FREE! (Also, there is $1.99 paid version available with more categories and units) MY CONS: * Missing volume and temp, so I can't test 2 of my essential test conversions (they are in the paid version) * Missing 8 of the top 11 most common categories (they are in the paid version) * Does not retain most recent conversion entry for each category, even within the same session * No ability to hide unwanted categories or units * No ability to add additional categories or units (like myConvert and a2z Pro) This app needs some improvement, but it certainly shows promise.

Not really free. I noticed more than $5 was charged on my credit card by this application. Watch out.
Good app, deceiving upgrade process.

While the full version of this app is great, this trial version can be upgraded with an in-app purchase. The problem is that in-app purchases are device specific so you pay $5 and then if you switch devices or buy an additional device it won't have the upgraded version. Very deceiving and apple should not have allowed this. Buy the full version (the other, full-priced app) instead of upgrading this one.
