This is a terrific app. So easy to use with a large data base of food. Easy to add things on you forget. I love this app.

Great program but still needs tweaking

It would be nice if you could delete foods you added into the app and edit them. I entered the nutritional info on a food and saved it then realized I had a typo in the nutritional info. No way to edit it and no way to delete the entry so it’s just stuck in my list.

It’s great! To make smaller portions, use a decimal point! It works well. Making my own recipes is a breeze. If you want to lose weight, figure OUT how to weigh a chunk of cheese, or you’ll undoubtedly eat way more calories than you think or need. I lost 48 lbs in under a year with the help of this app! the visuals and many options for which nutrients to track or not. I’m endlessly impressed with the volume of brand name items or my own which are easy enough to estimate or measure, check packaging and get it right, measure!


Less Complicated Than Other

I was iffy at first but have since deleted other tracking apps. I used other apps of this ilk for some time but they became too cumbersome for my use. I find this app’s interface easy and simple. I enter my foods by scanning or adding myself. Although it doesn’t have all the foods I scan it always me add them myself. I don't mind adding them myself because I only have to do it once and then it is always there and correct. It has so many restaurants on it, which makes it easy to eat out. Easy to track my macros and calories per meal and the day’s total. Love it.

Good app for tracking calories, fats, carbs, fiber and water consumed. Tracking exercise is rather limited and I often find myself going to the web to assess calories burned for any exercise other than walking.


please please please add scanner

This app is exactly what I need and does some stuff other apps don't do (like give me the option of highlighting the calorie and carb count, per meal, which as a type 1 diabetic I need for calculating insulin). HOWEVER, the database isn't amazing and adding a scanner like virtually every other app like this has, to quickly enter food with a nutritional label, would make it perfection.
