Control4 has upped their game. updated look, favorites on the home page and being able to set custom pictures is amazing.
Design needs lots of help

Hire a ux designer. The user interface is confusing. Duplicate buttons to do same thing. The on icon is hard to understand and not descriptive. Sessions is silly and complicated. And icons are way too big. Transparent setting menu needs opacity setting. Duplicating icons under that menu does make sense

As an integrator and also end user of Control4, this is a huge step forward. Slick interface and a lot more bells and whistles, I look forward to what the future of OS3 brings

Well done and much better interface than prior. Would be great to have some simple videos to show customization capabilities. When will the watch app be deployed for this version?

This new update isn’t even working at all. What the hell?! Get it together. We pay far too much to not have this function properly. Unreal.

Love love love the new interface. Can you please make it more obvious to people that they will likely need to delete and re-download the app (or system within the app) every time their device changes? I now find myself answering that question weekly.

Really a 4.5 review. I do love the system but a few tweaks needed to be a true 5. New interface is nice and much more interactive. Connecting to music still too slow though. And currently can’t connect to my ADT security system which is annoying because of how I had it all installed in my home that setting the alarm currently is very difficult. Hoping my tech can fix that soon. And when is the app on an Apple Watch going to work again?

No can no longer program/schedule thermostats from iOS devices. Google devices still work.
So many bugs
too buggy.. loses data
Why do you offer to ‘copy schedule to other thermostats’ if it isn’t going to work? This same functionally wasn’t working in the prior version of the app so I was hopeful it had been fixed. Programming 101- if the functionality doesn’t work, remove the button.
