Sitting over here trying to time my contractions, and I’d say I’m pretty preoccupied right now but the app insists on spamming pop ups asking for a review after every single contraction. So, here you go. Here’s your review. Also, since I’m here, the app isn’t great. It just keeps a continuous log with no other identifying information so you can’t look back at specific days or note any patterns because the data is not organized. Off to try a different app now.

Didn’t work for me
Yaya,Papia

I attempted to track my contractions with this app via my Apple Watch and the app on my phone wasn’t consistently logging what I’d been pressing on my watch. There were gaps where it didn’t log it.

Easy to use
God'sDreamer

Overall this is simple, clear, and easy to use. The promptings to rate the app while in labor are slightly annoying.

I’m a first time grand mother and my daughter shared this link with me and I gladly using it to educate myself on the contractions timing. If I could just get the accurate timing down I’d be happy. I start as soon as I hear my daughter moaning and stop the clock when she stops moaning is all I have to work with. But I think it’s a great tool to use

Good app

Very helpful with the counting

Too many notifications

The app is fine for tracking contractions, it works great, but for the love of god I wish it would stop asking me every 10 minutes if I want to download their baby tracker app. No. I don’t want the baby tracker. If I did then I would’ve downloaded it one of the first 10 times it asked me if I wanted it. It’s annoying especially when I’m in labor and don’t want to constantly have notifications for nothing on my phone when I’m waiting on important calls and texts from family, my midwife, and my doula.

Incorrectly counts time between contractions
podcast and turtles

I’m updating my review because I realize it is not counting correctly. It does not count the time between the beginning of one contraction to the beginning of the next, which is how you’re supposed to count the length of time between contractions. Instead, it counts from the end of one contraction to the beginning of the next which isn’t correct. This is a fundamental part of counting your Contractions Timer and should really be fixed.

Good app

I’ve had a few of these apps. When I downloaded this one I was having Braxton Hicks contractions. It was sending me a million notifications about some product it wanted me to buy. Made it very hard to concentrate on keeping track of the contractions. It was super annoying. The interface is also a little stressful. I hate that when you start a contraction it turns red.

Easy and effective

This app is very simple to use. I like that you can choose the intensity as well as the fact that it tells you how much time has passed since you logged your last contraction. I do wish it had dates for those of use that start and stop with contractions but I would definitely recommend this
