When I enter the game I do not respond and I have an account in the game I have purchased With money some tools and presentations and now I can not play the game What is the reason?

This game was fun until resented. Right now the game will not even open. I have rebooted my phone cleared cache, delete & reinstall etc. still will not load up. Very sad, please fix this issue

I can’t even open the app it keeps crashing on me and closing the second I open it.

I absolutely love this game I was getting pretty far into it and one day to the next completely doesn’t work I click the app and it starts and then kicks me right out I would like to find out how to fix this please I have somuch in this game!!!!

Every time I choose it it will go back home.
