This is app is terrible. Aesthetically it’s nice, but it’s similar to a supermodel that will leave you for a 86 yr old billionaire. It just doesn’t wanna work. I’ve been using the app for over a year now. I’m a celebrity hair colorist and travel all over the country for work. This app constantly deletes tons of valuable information. Randomly deletes my contacts and randomly deletes the info sections of contacts where I keep all my formulas and previous prices. The sync doesn’t work at all, when I enter the app on my phone it will delete client information on my iPad, and vice versa. I tried turning off syncing and backups to see if it would somehow resolve. I’ve since lost over 50 client formulas. I’m gonna have to use something else because this is too much of a headache.

UPDATE: This is still the best app of its kind available. I’ve been using it daily since 2009. The developers have always been prompt to respond and very helpful when contacted. A suggestion for a future update: Include the ability to keep a completed ToDo entered on the iPhone calendar if needed after it has been completed. Example: an upcoming appointment is on the iPhone calendar because it was entered as a ToDo. Once the appointment has occurred it can be changed to a “log” entry however the appointment disappears from the iPhone calendar. That appointment which has been converted to a log entry can then be duplicated, cloned or shared as an email but not included back on the iPhone calendar for future reference through this app. The entry must be added back manually to the iPhone calendar which is time consuming and also can lead to the iPhone calendar being inaccurate. Indispensable! I've been using the app daily since 2009. It keeps getting better with every update. Excellent communication from developer. I highly recommend this app and the developer. It would be helpful for users to be able to add a file by taking a photo from within the app vs. having to add the photo from the camera roll. As it is now, going back and forth into camera roll to add multiple photos is time consuming and frustrating. An even better feature addition would be to also have editing capabilities such as cropping and photo enhancements. These options are available in other popular iPhone apps, so hopefully we will see this in the next update. UPDATE: Wrote to the developer about taking in-app photos and within hours received a detailed response. I was happy to hear that there are plans to add this feature.

Still one more UPDATE Well here we are another year and a half later and this still won’t sync. Help from the developer is non-existent. UPDATE This goes from bad to worse. I’ve exchanged perhaps 100 or so emails and all they can tell me is that it’s set up correctly but there’s something wrong. When you do get an answer at all, it takes hours. I’m starting to think this is all a ripoff! (Good luck on a refund.). Whatever you do, DON’T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! The support for this app couldn’t be worse. The app backed up my data to the cloud and then deleted it. The app won’t sync reliably. It won’t reliably store notes, to-dos or logs. Support takes days rather than minutes or even hours, and then the response is “are you sure the sync feature is turned on?” There is no online Q&A. I have literally wasted many work days on this trash and all for nothing. Thousands of dollars lost. If anyone doesn’t believe me, let me know and I’ll share the ridiculous email exchanges with you. Run, don’t walk, from this garbage.

I had a problem with the software and the support staff helped me immediately. I really love this software and it’s capabilities. I am using it everyday for work. Hands-down, this software is the best on the market.

Best cram system I know to date but there is a problem when searching for contact already imported. They don’t appear in the search but if you go to import those same contacts they appear as if they’ve been imported already. There’s seems to be a glitch in the search option. Please fix this. Ps:1-21-20 why is it that I can’t sync on a daily basis everything I do in this app. It’s like it only lets you save it once and if get a new phone it will only sync from the first back up you do. Please help with this. I have had my data erased twice already. This is very frustrating considering how much I like this app. 1-21-20 I finally got it to sync with drop box now I would like to know how do I see my iCloud groups on the filter on the iPad. I can see it in my phone but not the ipad

Once I was able to play with this I found how many ways I can use this. Very simple to use. Gets me very Orginizer. My new job has me using the maps feature. ( very helpful). I don’t want to say what this lacks because I have found more features as I use this. Very low cost CRM with many great features. Can’t work without this.
