the free version is useless and paying for this piece of junk is painful given what it does but my 4 year old likes it.

Free version is only a constant reminder to buy the actual version since only a couple of trucks are unlocked, no cones, signs, etc. as described above. I don't see how the full version would be hours of fun either; my child wasn't impressed by the illustrations.

As far as i can tell, this is like a sticker page. The child can put items on the page. There is page of sound effects, but just buttons to press, not to add to the picture. The picture does not animate or make any sounds. The matching game is okay. Good thing it is free.
