Just downloaded this app. It's the only one I could find that was close to the real thing. However, i'm not totally sure it was worth the 3 bucks i paid for it. I do have one suggestion though, and hope they might be added in the next update. It would be helpful to be able enter, say 5'-3" and press convert to inches. Working at an architectural firm, we usually work in feet and inches, but often work with other disciplines that use just inches. What would even be more helpful, would be able to turn the decimal display into an inches display. That way you wouldn't have to covert. Both types would display at the same time. Looking forward to seeing more updates.
I've used many different feet and inches calcs over the years this one is as good as any the buttons are small but manageable one suggestion is to be able to toggle the decimal display between decimals and inches with fractions that would be handy
It does everything u need it to do. As for the guy who says it will not convert 5'3" into inches. He didnt try to learn how. If u need to convert to inches then u type your fraction for sample 5'3" then press m,cm,or mm then push inches and it will give u 63" very easy
what a piece of crap constantly crashes and exits when you try to subtract 3/4" junk app
I was not able to enter fractions of inches... Following the example in "help" did no work for me so I deleted the app.
I have used it for many months and just updated it today. The new look makes it better than it ever was. The keyboard layout looks less crowded.
