I have used this app for years on my iPad and it works just as well on my phone. And yes, it does have the Preamble if you really just have to study it.

But now, when I open it, the star in the lower right corner blinks but no text appears in the text pane. Totally useless now.

Just had a chance to check out the app and it is nicely done. I like the extras that are available but would love to see the anti federalist papers as well. I will recommend this app to my Constitutional friends

I read this app at least twice (maybe more) a day. Why? To keep myself current and knowledgeable with the most important charter of human liberty and freedom in mankind's history. You have everything you could want here. The United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Federalist Papers, and much more. Admittedly, one thing I would like to see added are the Anti-Federalist Papers, I think both sides should be represented, equally. Reading both charters (written by groups of equally brilliant men) really helps you appreciate the Constitution even more, I think. I'll step off my rostrum now and just say for you to give it a try. I definitely think you won't regret it.
