I’ve only been using Constant Contact for a few weeks but I am already in love with it. Their web interface and mobile app are very intuitive, user-friendly and slickly designed. Kudos to everyone that makes these products run so well everyday. You’re doing a fantastic job! One satisfied customer... Nick Schrunk President OCtech.com

Love the app for stats but wish we could fully edit our email templates here too. Instead we need to login from a computer.

Sadly, this is a completely useless app. You can’t edit email campaigns in any way (content or scheduling) unless they were originally created on your mobile device. Why even have a mobile app if it’s not at all compatible with the desktop platform? I download the app a few times each year hoping I’ll be able to make some tweaks, insert a few lines I thought of while out of the office, or add a quick pic from my phone into a newsletter project, only to be disappointed every time. To summarize, this app provides no value (except for checking open rates) unless you want to create and build out a campaign from scratch on mobile. Developers, please work on desktop compatibility!

App is straightforward and easy to use. Wish it showed the list of who opened.

I am on an iPad and it wants me to use this app. I do not see why. There is no connectivity to the web version. I want to continue to use the template and previous email format that I have been using on the web but not only can’t I continue working on a campaign that I started in the browser, it won’t let me import any previous emails to copy and change as needed. I need to be able to go back and forth between my computer and iPad, that does not seem to be a reasonable option? Additionally, there is no easy log in. It doesn’t save my username like my other apps do and won’t allow my fingerprint to log in. Why not? Or should I says why — why use this app?

This app should allow access to all communications including events and rsvps. Should also allow you to copy and edit an email to resend. Doesn’t allow for using tags to select recipients. Just too limiting.

add my name to the many who have already complained that the time is missing from the “activity sort” stats. the “developer response” insists that the time is there, but it’s not. the mobile app doesn’t even agree with the web version about almost anything.

I use constant contact all the time and love to look at the results via the app all the time. This new version of the app is TERRIBLE. U can’t see click thru info. It doesn’t allow u to scroll to the different options and I wind up having to log into the site to c results. So I am beginning to wonder y I have the app on my devices anymore. It’s essentially useless except to send a test to oneself or to unschedule an email. It also takes forever to refresh new campaigns and the contacts piece is very glitchy and/or inaccurate. Ugh. Pls fix
