I had a problem with a check not forwarded to Connexus. The woman I interfaced with was great, kind and knowledgeable. She made every effort to help me. I would like to thank her. The same could not be said about the person I talked to at Target.
Username not remembered

The option for the app to remember your username does not work. I have logged in multiple time and have to enter my username each time.

The app freezes often. Bill pay is the worst feature and tough to read, especially with recurring payments--if you make any changes to recurring payments, both the current payment and all previous payments scheduled will show up (for example, if you make a change to this months's payment for mortgage, it will show up as future payment for the old amount AND the new amount, as several payments on the same future date). Mobile deposit is fairly stable and a nice feature.

App does not adjust to landscape mode on iPad which is very annoying. The layout and color scheme is pretty horrible. Just a poor design and not very user friendly. This is another example of a badly managed app development project with inadequate user testing & validation. I have several other credit union and banking apps on iPhone and IPad. This is, by far, the worst of them. Very disappointed in this app as an ALPA FCU member and new to Connexus.
Still needs to add Apple Pay support

The app is fine, works well for basic managment. The biggest problem for Connexus is still a complete lack of Apple Pay support.

All around good performance. Sometimes it is a struggle to get the entire suite of options to load. This can be frustrating.

I use this app exclusively for my online banking. I like that it even has a check cashing feature built in.
