Awesome app! I've got a variety of easy to read stats for my triathlon training. Great way to compare your daily/weekly/monthly/ yearly workouts.
Easy way to view activity data

Navigating the app is not completely intuitive, but it's not complicated to figure out where everything is. The graphical views of the data provide useful training feedback. In particular, the fatigue/fitness graph is really helpful. There does not appear to be anything on the site that explains the science behind the algorithms, and it would be helpful to have at least a link, so it could be used to inform any changes to one's training regimen. The presentation is simple and slick, making Garmin connect almost redundant. Get the app.

This gives a tremendous amount of info. I really like the line graph that compares my mileage year to year. Great visual and comparison which is a motivator.

Stats nerds and serious athletes will love this app. I use this to benchmark all my training activities for triathlon and it makes it really easy to monitor improved performance and to account for performance under varying conditions (for example benchmarking pool swims and ocean swims). So many features, but I particularly like the basic HR vs distance/speed graphs and the ability to use searches to filter stats for relevant training sessions only.
Better than any Garmin app

Best app to analyze runs with tons of stats. Quickly updated when Garmin deprecates an API. Garmin could take a lesson.
