The product is a good one. That said, as good as the product seems to be, the customer service is that bad and beyond. I have sent numerous requests for assistance without so much as a glimmer of a response. So, goodbye Connect. Hello something better.
Too slow to load

I like the features, but it is too slow to load and to search. It takes 5 sec to load on an iPhone 6 and even more to search for a contact.

Overall I am very pleased with this app so far. The reason I downloaded it was simply to be able to quickly and easily group certain contacts into groups so that they could easily be found when I was looking to contact someone in particular.
Too slow; doesn’t work.

It started the tutorial, showed me a flash of my contacts and then went blank. I reopened it and after about five or 10 seconds I gave up on it loading. I even began to wonder whether it was a surreptitious way to take my contact list.
Needs a little modifying

Over the years, my contact list has grown. The app makes it easy to delete them by swiping but still prompts if you want to delete, then displays an annoying message that your contact has been deleted. Which slows the process. Remove the prompt and the message and the app would be better.
Best App Ever!

This is by FAR the best contact app ever. It’s so basic, so simple and so easy to use. I use it for all of my Real Estate Investing contacts. I have separate groups for contractors, title companies, closing attorneys, cash buyers, wholesalers, etc. I LOVE it because it’s not complicated to use at all. I highly recommend this app to organize business contacts! ??
