I’ve been using this app for a couple years and loved it but suddenly it doesn’t even open?

I just recently upgraded to iPhone 7 after having the app-challenged Windows phone for 2 years! However, I did not care for Apple’s contact manager. Went searching for a contacts app and found this one! Works great for me! It’s clean, simple, easy to use. I don’t have hundreds of contacts, but it did help me clean up, duplicates, etc. I was so disappointed when I upgraded the iOS and lost it for a few days. Glad it’s back. Thank you!
great contacts app
Makes getting control of your contacts very easy. The views by groups can be tailored for easy categorization. Once set up your contacts are at your fingertips, easy to find and ready to go.

I got this app about two years ago. My hubby has tons of contacts as do I (our phones link). This app can sort contacts into smaller groups and that functionality alone makes this app fabulous. I take care of my Mom’s Affairs while she is in a nursing facility as she has had health issues for the last year and having a group just for Mom’s care, has been invaluable! Recently my iPhone updated and this app disappeared - well, I almost fell over in a faint. I looked for another app and found 1 that was a Connect “wanna be”. Two days later the app was back - functioning like it did - they must have had many people like me fainting as well. This app is absolutely top-of-the-line with its organizational abilities without being difficult. This app sets the bar high. Can’t say enough good about it. I give this app 7 stars on a scale of 1-5.

As mentioned by other users, the app is incredibly useful for filling an obvious gap that Apple has clearly overlooked and continues to ignore. Apple seems to have fixed the flashlight issue but cannot seem to tackle anything really useful. I, too, wish that any groups created in Connect would also create and maintain that same group in iOS Contacts. That would be very, very useful. And other thing that I cannot seem to figure out: why is it that I have to turn Group Messaging OFF in iOS when I want to send group texts from Connect???
