I wish that you can give zero stars! As this app isn't even worthy of any stars! Cincinnati Bell PRETENDS to have an at least halfway decent wifi on this app, but they don't! It's HORRIBLE! It's a gimmick, sort of like a "bait and switch", they catch people with the so-called free wifi, but it's a gimmick, as their intention is to get you to look at the ads of the businesses on this app. How can I be all over Smale Park along the river, all over The Banks, all over in between PBS and the GABP, yet I can't get wifi at all? I'm deleting this app, if this is the best that Cincy Bell can do for wifi, a form of communication, how in the heck can you rely on Cincy Bell for any form of communication? And that's the business that they are in! Sad that the city doesn't have a decent citywide app, maybe one of the big national companies can come in soon and do a proper job!

Got a notice that the Fioptics was being replaced with a better app. Could watch TV on the old Fioptics app like other providers. Now the app tells us what is happening in Cincinnati. No TV! What the---?

1 star is being way to nice. The app went from great to pointless. The app is so bad, I sometimes think about switching providers. Is there a reason Cin Bell went from an awesome TV Anywhere Apps to the biggest piece of crap app!?

Seamlessly connected at the Banks and Newport. I also like the current events and ticket deals that let me know what's going on around the city.

I love love getting all the discounts. I also enjoy how most of the businesses in the app are local so you for sure will be getting good deals. Also, sweepstakes are fun and I even won once.

Ok app. Used one discount that but couldn't use it due to error by the workers at the place I went. Cincinnati connect contacted the place and they apologized and honored it next time I went. Gave 3 stars since Cincinnati Connect helped correct it. Other local apps offer better deals and are easier to redeem.
