I love this game!!!

LalaMapnerd

The condor country game is fun, interesting, and totally addictive. You work to breed the birds, release them, and keep them healthy. You can also open up territory for them to live in the wild. I just maxed out the Sespe (the first release area) and finally opened the Grand Canyon. I just can't wait to have Big Sur too! Definitely worth checking out!

Ingenious Game

Love this game so much! I'm totally hooked--sometimes I set timers to make sure I do enough radar scans and get money to grow my flock!

Fun & Educational!!

Abby G Condork

Addictive game with conservation in it's core. Breed and release condors then track and maintain them in the wild. There is always something to do, the game has great graphics and you learn about real life conservation! I love that there is so much information about condors included with the game! It is also a great game for all ages! (-:

Fun and educational!

Awesome game for entertainment and learning about the importance of zoo conservation work :)

Don't update to this version

EarthRar

If you enjoyed the game before d not update to the latest version unlesss you planning on checking the game every five mins. I'd check every two hours and about sixty birds died in the first two days after updating. Was fun before but is completely broken. Worthless now

Not longer fun after the update

Emeelee1983

I loved this game when it first came out. It was fun and addicting to raise condors, track birds, and find eggs. Then the game updated automatically and a bunch of my condors died from lead poisoning. I realize that introducing mortality makes it more realistic, but even playing once or twice a day, I can't keep up. I have only ten condors left. Before the update I had over 60. Unfortunately, I have lost interest in the game. Maybe the developers could at least slow the rate of lead-related mortality.

Virtual Condors Matter

Clarkopotamus

I'm giving it 5 stars because I love condors and I have obsessed over this game since day 1 but almost all of my birds have died and I check on them every chance I get. First thing in the morning, last thing at night and numerous times throughout the day. Thank God the wild population is doing better than my virtual one.

Still a few issues

Bagpuppet

Thanks for changing the realistic but deeply depressing death rate. I'm still having a couple of issues, though. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the wild born chicks sometimes vanish without the game ever acknowledging it. And I agree that the possibility of ever buying more territory seems nonexistent. Also, It seems like my immature condors are stuck in the middle maturity level now, and don't become adults. The time to adulthood never seems to drop below four days. So all breeding in the wild has ground to a halt.

Awesome Game, needs a few things

Lover-of-Animals

Hi! I love this game, but it needs a few things. I don't know how to set led poison traps, and some times I just wish you could have a chat log to see things recently said to you. You need to make other games like this for things like elephants, tigers, and other endangered animals! Overall, great game!

Use its flaws to your advantage

bolsafeadeagua

After playing some more I'm updating my original one-star review. The game is still deeply flawed and needs serious tweaking, but I've discovered you can use the flaws to your advantage. To begin, it seems the developers overcompensated in their last update and made the condors more or less immortal. At first it seemed like you had to invest, and lose, all your money into keeping your birds alive. But that's not true. I haven't cured a single condor in almost two months, and have had exactly one death from lead poisoning -- and that was early on. It's been at least a month since I've spent a penny on healing my birds and have lost zero. What I am doing, however, is racking up some serious change. Today I hit over $1 million; I plan to build up to $10 million, at which point I'll buy the rest of my territories and pay to incubate more eggs. Sweet, eh? That's the good news. The bad is that other parts rest of the game are still poorly designed. All your chicks will die and the game will forget it laid eggs in the wild. It's still ridiculously expensive for everything, but if you're willing to let your condors sit in their pens while you make money, that's a win. Sort of. So, zoo and developers, please do nothing while I get virtually rich while doing nothing about the health of my birds.
