I bought the same service I already owned because it keeps repeating the question to upgrade oppose to letting me conduct the command I'm asking. Therefor; I can't get the chart I want unless I buy the same thing I've bought weeks ago. Very unsatisfied. Mike Angelo. NY MORTGAGE BANKER

I have downloaded this app 3 times (free) and all 3 times after about 30 days, when I click to open the app it won't work and says oops an error occurred, closed the app and reopened same thing. Deleted the app downloaded again same thing happened. I know it is a ploy to push for upgrade, but I won't pay for something that I'm not sure is going to work. I like the app it is simple, quick and easy, however will not purchase due to continued errors!!
